OUR CLASSES

Both Sculpt and Power Pilates classes offer a challenging full body workout that is gentle on your joints and safe for any age. The aim of every class is to have you seeing and feeling your body getting stronger, more toned and limber each week!

SCULPT PILATES is a multi leveled class to suit every age. In all classes we provide modifications for all participants so that mother, daughter, friends and co-workers can enjoy classes together. We use a range of exercises that make sure you feel the activation (burn) while stretching and improving your range of movement and core strength!

POWER PILATES is where we amp things up a little to get your heart rate up and muscles feeling the burn. Exercises incorporate the use of slide discs and some more standing movements so that the intensity is high while impact stays low. This is the ultimate workout to get your body super strong while still feeling supported and safe so not to risk injury.
