Lately i have been LOVING lunch time Platter Plates!

With a perfect mix of proteins, carbs, fat and veggies these are not only super fast and easy but nutritious, filling and the varieties are endless!

I thought i had more photos but these two give you a good example!

Asparagus
Celery
Cucumber
Green Beans
Zucchini

Green Olive Tapenade
Black Beans
Jalepenos
Mango.

An odd combination? More like a fresh mexican delight!! Add a squeeze of lime juice if you have it!  A tip for digestion: I prefer to eat fruit first as it digests faster than the rest.

Again, i understand if some of you are thinking there are some unusual combinations on this old platter plate.. What I love about these plates is that it feels like your having a bunch of different meals/different tastes within one meal...... RIGHT up my alley!

Oh, soooo delicious. Use the pitta pockets to wrap this all up into a big delicious mess!

Remember, combinations are unlimited!
 You will be completely satiated and would have pumped up your nutrients for the day with multiple serves of veggies in just one meal!!
